Zeebra Marketing LLC is a Utah limited liability company. We build websites for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or work with us, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Questions go to hello@zeebramarketing.com.
What you send us. When you fill out the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, and anything you write in the message box.
What our tools record. This site is hosted on Netlify, and like any web host it keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. Our contact form runs through Netlify's form service, which applies a spam filter to what you submit.
When you buy a site. If you sign our services agreement and pay, we record your name, title, email, the time you signed, your network address, and the exact version of the agreement you accepted. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Helcim. We never see or store your card number.
What we do not do. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
To reply to you, to build and deliver what you bought, to send you the things a project needs (a review link, an invoice, a handoff email), and to keep the records a business has to keep. That is the whole list.
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your inquiry and, if you become a customer, about your project. That includes messages such as "your site is ready to review" and replies to questions you text us.
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: our web host (Netlify), our database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Helcim), and our phone and messaging provider (Twilio). Each of them handles your information under their own agreement with us. We do not give it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Contact form messages, for as long as we might still be talking. Customer records, for as long as we are legally required to keep business records. If you want something deleted sooner, email us and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date. We will not change it in a way that lets us do more with your information without telling you first.
