This site belongs to Zeebra Marketing LLC, a Utah limited liability company. You are welcome to browse it, read it, and use the contact form to reach us. Please do not copy the site, scrape it, or use it to send us anything unlawful, deceptive, or automated.
The words, design, code, and animations on this site are ours. The example business names, quotes, and reviews shown in our demonstrations are placeholders, and are labeled as such where they appear. They are not real customers. The one real site we show is one we built and are permitted to show.
Nothing on this site is a contract. What you buy, what it costs, what is included, and what happens after is set out in our Website Services Agreement, which you read and sign on your payment page before any money changes hands. If anything on this site and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
When you send us the form, you are asking us to get in touch with you about a website. We reply personally. We may call or text the number you give us, subject to our Privacy Policy. There is no obligation on either side until an agreement is signed.
We use text messages to reach you about your inquiry and, if you become a customer, about your project: review links, questions, and replies to what you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your number and your consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
We keep this site accurate and working, and we fix it when it is not. We do not promise that it is free of errors or always available, and we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on general statements here rather than on the agreement you sign with us. The site links to a customer's live website as an example; we do not control that site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about this website is heard in Utah.
If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new effective date.
